I'm so very grateful for life. Thank God for another day. Life is precious. I was awaken with news that sadden my Spirit this morning. I was made aware that a childhood friend passed away at the tender age of 37, only a couple days from his 38th birthday.
It seems like yesterday when I was in Jr. High and High School. I remember my friends, teachers and teammates during that time of my life. And since then I've completed College, traveled abroad and have lived a life that I thank God for everyday.
Sometimes life can be taken for granted with no thought of the blessing it is to exist. I hope this blog reminds you of how precious life is. Enjoy your life! Live, love and give. We are here today and tommorow is not promised. This is the first loss I've known from my childhood. I don't look forward to anymore. I realize it's a part of life but it never feels good to loose anyone. It's our loss and Heaven's gain. I know he's in a better place. God bless his soul. My prayers are with his family.
