This precious life that we've been given is full of choices. We are blessed to have a choice - a choice to make right or wrong decisions. The choice is yours.
Choices lead to circumstances which equates to results. Are you pleased with the results you've experienced? Have you considered making a change for the better? If so, the time is now to start making decisions that are best for your life. You have a choice.
Exactly 2 years ago today, I made a decision to choose a healthier lifestyle. I went to the gym that Thursday, morning on March 3rd, 2011. And I weighed myself on the scale. I knew I was making wrong choices with the food I was eating. I had gained weight. The number on the scale was the heaviest I had ever been. I was surprised, disappointed and I made a choice that very moment, that I was going to make a change for the better with my eating habits.
I went to my doctor to get a Physical and my health results were good. Once I was given a clean bill of health. I then gave myself 21-days to begin a new regimen for a healthier lifestyle. I no longer went to the gym only when I felt like going, but I committed to going at least 5 days a week. I was accountable of what I was eating. I made a choice to think before I eat. The old saying, "You are what you eat" has some truth.
Before I knew it I was loosing weight on the scale. I felt better, looked better and I was at my best from the inside out! It's been two years and I've kept the excess weight off. You can do it too with anything that may be weighing you down. Whether it's literally weight or a problem you want to resolve that's weighing you down emotionally, etcetera. It only requires 21-days to create a new habit (good or bad). Consider taking the next three weeks of your life to make an improvement.
Thinking is key when it comes to choices. Before a choice is made, time should be given to think about the decision. Pass this on to your love ones and friends. We all can use some encouragement. God bless you all.
